Sen handcrafts and designs each pen. His pen is an expression of years of craftsmanship with the finest material. He specializes in aluminum, and he has designed and developed a variety of pens using traditional techniques mixed with modern finish. Each of his pen is unique and simple.
Sen grew up in a metal crafting family in Hsinchu, Taiwan. He learned the techniques to work with metal since he was a teen. He studied and became a mechanical engineer, but later he decided to go back to work with metal crafting to make something he loves. The Sen family dates back to 1920's, and currently Sen is the fourth generation craftsman to carry the tradition.
Sen works with specialty pen stores to design a limited version for each of them. While the body is the same, each limited version is finished with different colors, patterns and styles.
Among his pens, Sen is also known for his glass nib fountain pen. The special glass nib took Sen thousands of trials over a year to develop.
The combination of the light aluminum body and the glass nib provides a smooth writing experience.
